Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking details where available.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Standard shipping across New Zealand typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

For rural or remote areas, delivery may take longer.

Large or oversized items (such as pergolas, gates, or spa pools) may require special freight arrangements. We will contact you directly to confirm shipping costs and delivery timeframes before dispatch.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and include GST (15%), unless otherwise stated.

Pick-Up Option

Customers may choose to collect their order directly from our Auckland warehouse/showroom by prior arrangement.

Pick-up is free of charge.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within New Zealand. For international enquiries, please contact us directly at [your email/contact].

Delivery Responsibility

Once the order has been handed to the courier/freight company, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not liable for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist with a claim.
